Axeon Power's facilities in Dundee, Scotland are equipped to handle both high and low volume production. Our specialist industrial engineers plan, design and implement the production assembly method to best meet the needs of our customer's requirements. The designs and processes are fully documented to facilitate auditing of our activities.

For high volume requirements we use production flow lines, carefully balanced to achieve optimum output. Wherever possible we automate the key processes, using low cost flexible automation developed in house. As well as reducing the assembly costs automation permits better control over the manufacturing process and ensures repeatable and reliable production. For low volume production we have a dedicated batch production facility which enables close supervision and control of the individual projects.
